With this module you have direct access to our service department. Our technician can - after a successful connection - view your monitor and with your permission operate your computer. The session can be recorded and made available to you. The following system requirements are needed: Windows (from version 98)  and a computer with an internet connection.

This is how it works:

1. Download Long Distance Maintenance Module directly here.
2. After the start of the long distance maintenance module an ID is displayed.
3. Please give this ID number to Mr. Ralf Fischer or Mr. Wolfgang Mutter via telephone or e-mail.
