Recommendation:	We recommend using a Vibratory Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 0 for a grinding of embrittled sample. Because the ground gum candy particles use to stick together after warming, we recommend grinding right before analysis.

Comments:	Because the gum sample use to be very soft, only a grinding in liquid nitrogen comes into question. For this, we put the desired amount of sample into a grinding set of Mortar Grinder PULVERISETTE 2 and used the Cryo-Box for grinding with liquid nitrogen. Sample use to be reduced in size rapidly. For a finer result, we ground the sample for a total of 10 minutes. Afterwards, the sample use to be quite fine. The sample has been packed fast after grinding, because humidity use to condense quickly on cold particles. After the sample reached room temperature, particles have been sticking together again.
